• All prices listed are in Singapore dollar.
• All prices are inclusive of delivery only within the Indonesian city of Jakarta.  For deliveries to Bandung, Semarang, Malang, Surabaya and Bali, a 10% delivery surcharge will be levied.
• Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
• Prices quoted are not applicable during special occasions. For example, orders for deliveries on and around Valentine's Day will be subject to special quotations. Please email for prices.
• Filling out and sending of an order does not mean the order has been accepted.  An order is accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation from AFlowerWeb.com.
• Please provide all details requested for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
• Deliveries will be made between 9am and 8pm every day of the week.   For deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, please send your orders by Friday evening.   For deliveries on Public Holidays, please send your orders by the day prior to the requested date of delivery.
• AFlowerWeb.com will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
• All existing clients of The Flower Web group of florists will be given a 10% discount on arrangement price for delivery in the aforementioned Indonesian cities.
• Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.
