TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for ordering your gift/flowers from The Flower Web. We would like to inform you that orders from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions :

• All prices listed are in Singapore dollar.
• All prices are inclusive of delivery within Malaysia only. (excluding delivery to surrounding islands)
• Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
• Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine's day have to be separately quoted. Please email for prices.
• Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted, confirmation will be sent by us.
• Please provide all details asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
• Delivery time are from 9am to 9pm every day of the week. A S$15.00 is chargeable outside this delivery times. For Sunday delivery, please make sure you send out your order form before 3pm on Saturday Singapore time.
• A surcharge ranging from S$15.00 to S$40.00 is payable for areas outside the main cities.
• The Flower Web will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at approximate timing as far as possible.
• Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.
